When you Q for a BG its often Random even if you select say for example Twin peaks, and Q specific for Twin peaks you could end up in Strand of the Ancients.
You can even Q from the battlemaster who is for Twin peaks and still end up in isle of conquest.
Additionally Black list does not work.
