I received my feather from Ela’lothen, and used it on my Fangs, which gave me a brief cine of my turning into the Moonspirit form- but then my form changed back after the cine was done, and I cant access the Moonspirit form in the Barbershop or anywhere else.
I too did not receive my Moonspirit until 5 days after completing the achievement. I dont know if it was delayed or if my ticket / conversation with GMs ended up with them granting me the appearance. The GM I was talking to just stated that it was an ongoing issue and to post about it here for visibility.
I just got my feather today and am having the same problem.
Logged out and logged back in and it was there
I was having the same issue on my druid and logging out and back in does seem to still help resolve it.
This is still happening. Today, I got my Feather, used it, earned the achievement Hidden Potential, got the scene of me turned into an Owlcat, scene ended and I was still in my previous form. Went to the barbar… Not available, it was still greyed out! Went to order hall, clicked the weapon appearances, Moonspirit is there and available, I clicked it, the square highlighted, I closed the menu, still in my previous form.
Tried logging out, and switching to another druid, not available. Exited game altogether, waited 10 minutes, still not available. Came to forums…
