This talent improves bear’s single target damage based on having a moonfire on the target, however it only applies to Mangle and Maul.
So much of a Bear’s single target damage, especially given we are going to be slotted into Elune’s Chosen again, is not these two spells. Mangle is fine, but otherwise we are using Thrash, Moonfire, MAYBE swipe, Lunar Beam, and Thorns of Iron. None of these spells are affected by this talent.
Given that Bear is doing very poorly in dps, especially for single target where aggro could easily be an issue in raids, allow this talent to function on our normal rotational spells if they only hit one target. Thrash, Moonfire, and Swipe hitting only one target should be affected by this talent.
