Moonking Form returning to other specs

I don’t know when they re-added it to the class tree but apparently other specs will be getting back moonkin form come 11.1.

Its a form I don’t care for but the option being back is somewhat nice. I do wish it swapped places with Starfire though.

I also think it should just be baseline, so the point that goes to it, could go elsewhere.

I would rather have moonkin be baseline.

Imagine if you had to use talent points to get cat form, bear form, travel form, etc.
