I don’t know when they re-added it to the class tree but apparently other specs will be getting back moonkin form come 11.1.
Its a form I don’t care for but the option being back is somewhat nice. I do wish it swapped places with Starfire though.
I also think it should just be baseline, so the point that goes to it, could go elsewhere.

agreed. all forms should be baseline in my opinion. The talents should be for enhancing their utility.

I already loved the talent we got giving us a different increase to stats depending on forms then most recently in 11.1 We are getting a add-on to it to make that increase stick for a while longer after leaving the form. Stuff like that is nooice.
