Moving into the new xpac, can we please have an additional moonkin form? Something I think would be a great idea is having a form similar to Malfurion - your character and their mog is still pretty visible but at the same time you’re clearly a Druid. You could have large moonkin feathers on your arms that come in different colors, clawed/beast like feet as well as hands, you could choose from a couple different antler options (these could change depending on what race you choose - for example Taurens could have larger moose like antlers, zandalari could have dinosaur like antlers with gold accents, night elves could have more slender/deer like options, etc)
It would also be great if night elves could have access to the green glowing eyes that malfurion has as well!
I like how dark druids are becoming more accessible through additional character appearances. Throw in some Emerald Nightmare type corruption appearances and this concept would be golden in my book.
I agree, that would be very cool too! I was excited to use a nightmare Druid theme with the dark ranger customization and it looks really amazing - adding more to that would give druids unique options to work with to change things up
A bastion steward form for moonkin would be cool. Bigger versions of the steward already exist in Torghast so they could just modify one of those for the druid version.
The only moonkin form I want is the skipped talent on the tree.
I would definitely like to see some new moonkin forms. And, not directly moonkin form related, but they could at least give us back, maybe in glyph form, the Blessing of An’she look from Blessing of Ancients that was taken away…
I know people say druids have soooo many forms already but balance is the exception to that. They need way more options than they have.
They also need a glyph that isn’t so much like the astral form because it’s just like shadow form where it takes too much away from your transmog.
I’d rather not even have Moonkin Form. It’s more like a Shadowform than shapeshifting, and all it does is make Druids looks silly, both because of the appearance and the fact they’re saying the Druid can’t cast spells properly without turning into something else.
Kinda reminds me the way writers tried pushing Nelves under the bus, saying these chickens were the “real favorite children of Elune”.
Anyway. Any new options to avoid Moonkin/Astral Form and Shadowform are welcome.
I can see where you’re coming from, that’s why I thought maybe having most of your character show with a few Druid-like features like malfurion would be a pretty cool idea. I 100% agree with you on shadow form though I would really like something else for that it’s pretty bad and unflattering

Lmao, agreed. I would like them to add new skins for all of their forms more often than they do, it is basically their transmog after all and the more options the better. Balance is in desperate need of love, the astral glyph is okay but I feel the same way about it as shadowform for priests, they could really use something different that shows off your character and just make it more customizable in general
I just wish they close the mouth of the Boomkin look…I really hate my damn mouth hanging open all the time…

I have 5 accounts with 5 druids and i would love more boomkin forms for dancing and being goofy.
The lack of Emerald Nightmare themed, Sha-touched-esque gear, was one of Legion’s greatest failings, imo.
There should be at least one balance form glyph that leans into the boomchicken joke by being a literal giant moon-chicken.
For sure, I’d love to see some options to customize our current moonkin forms as well. Would be nice to be in control of feather colors, eyes, antler shape, etc.
I even considered maybe having special shoulder pads to choose from, like the ones that appear when you use incarn
They could even do some cool glowy versions like all of the other forms where you have to do a unique quest line to unlock it, the tips of the feathers could fade into a glow effect as well as the eyes. Tons of cool things they could implement, they could do the same but with a nightmare effect that would look awesome.
There should really be as many options as cat & bear have, i know a lot of people had issues with not being able to see your transmog when in moonkin form so I thought a malfurion inspired look would be cool for those people, I’d love to see our current forms being touched on as well - the more diverse the better!
