So I just got done doing the event in Aspirant’s Crucible on my Moonkin and received ‘Cloudtail’s Paw’, an INT fist weapon.
Have Moonkins been able to wield fist weapons & I never noticed or was it added in for SL? Perhaps I just never noticed INT fist weapons too, which seem kind of odd.
I thought you could wield a fist wep + offhand as caster ?
This goes as far back as at least WotLK (idk about the Vanilla version of the raid), as the final boss in the spider wing of Naxxramas dropped a caster fist weapon (Wraith Strike) that was pretty solid for moonkins at the time.
A more recent example has been leatherworkers gaining the ability to craft fist weapons in BfA, and caster fists were included among them.
Yes, caster fists are a rare thing to see, but druids have always had access to fist weapons and are one of only three classes that could use them, with shammies and then monks being the others.
