It’s like that on a lot of servers now at the end of the week. Plus, everyone finished their rep and transmog.

Yes we do. We do not have sharding in old zones, but we do have CRZ. And there is also sharding in new zones.

I have done them at 2am servertime on WRA and it’s Moon Guard’s twin server. No way MG had zero players out there at any normal hour.
RP servers don’t do content, but they certainly do alts.

You can definitely complete the scenario solo anyway.
The NPCs will help you to kill the last boss, and that’s all you need for credit toward the weekly quest.
