He’s correct, though. The selling services exist mostly in Goldshire and normal RP absolutely happens everywhere in Stormwind.

Yeah i’ve had that happen to me before many times. Now i just chill in FF14. Got 2 days of subscription left. Sad to leave the forums not so sad to leave the game. I miss seeing a AH mount though >_>
dumbest decision ever to remove it. why bother adding something if they know it’s going to be breaking the game.
should have kept it for people to do something by achieving it. RMT is not an excuse imo. WoW Token already exists.
Blizzard has done a lot of things that either don’t make sense or purposely spite people. And honestly I don’t think they really care. They only act like they care now because they lost 63 million players in a span of 1 year.
And, not every RP server uses it which makes me sad. Finding somebody on Emerald Dream with it is like finding a unicorn.
A lot of people on MG and WRA use it, though.
EDIT: I must clarify, this is for Alliance side.
I want to know what other high quality MMO’s you’ve been playing cause last I looked the MMO field was depressingly barren.
FF14 is amazing, if you enjoy RP and high quality games you can give that a try.
I know there were some people who came to WrA from MG who basically declared themselves server canon church leaders, demanded everyone kowtow to them and their powah, and tried to force their crap on everyone.
They were largely rejected and laughed off the server and some guy who was big on the MG A church scene, Moorsomething came by and scolded them for their power grabby approach.
That type of thing happens here from time to time. Moon Guard colonizers thirsty for social power and whatnot try to assert themselves into canon positions of power and WrA players are like, “nope.”
That’s the one nice thing about WRA, server canon isn’t really accepted here.
I really don’t see Dracthyr having any major impact on the community. People freaked out how DKs, DHs, and artifact weapons would destroy RP and nothing ever came about from that.

There are a lot of great RPers on Moon Guard, but the people on General and elsewhere find it more fun to go on and on (and on) about Goldshire, where few actual MG players go. It’s the Vegas of WoW - no one lives there, it’s just full of tourists and oddballs.
To be fair, it has it’s own Goldshire on it’s biggest RP server too .
