Moon Guard people!

I hear your server has an actual community.
Could you tell me more about your server?
I am considering leaving Proudmore

Uhhhhh…
There is a definitely a community there…
Several communities…

To compare them to the Rings of Hell wouldn’t be a misstatement.

Why don’t you try logging in and checking it out for yourself? Just make a human and walk over to Goldshire.

My little brother liked to go to Moonguard Goldshire a lot last year, but now he’s not allowed to go because he kept getting pregnant.

Here be folk from all walks of life. If aught there be that interests thou there ought to be a community that thou canst in some fashion join, be it by guild, discord or mere participation, and 'tis nigh at all hours active.
The only way to surely know it is to thy liking, though, wouldst be to create an alt and thyself quaff of the proverbial chalice.

It’s an very adult community. The rest is up to you to find out.

Best advice here.

Hahahahahaha

Just in case you’re serious.
Don’t.
Just avoid that place like the plague it has sadly become.

Horde side is dead, progression is iffy at best and RP is so restricted.
Mind you I can only speak Horde side, Alliance I hear is a bit better but still.

Just log on and check out Goldshire during active hours.
Or SMC inns.

Whatever floats your boat.

I think Varisinax has returned to Moon Guard to spread his contagion. He hops between WRA and MG so much that it’s hard to keep track.

Didn’t he ninja the Twilight mount off Sarth 3D back in the day?

It’s a living community, yes. Contrary to the belief of “is bad becuz goldshire!!!1” there are active RP guilds, however, I haven’t tried out the raiding guilds. Really, I just stick to horde WrA for that.
E: There are an annoying amount of ““lifestyle”” guilds though. Some of their ads feel weird as heck to read, would recommend just reporting them and moving on if you see something inappropriate.

Yeah it’s Heaven

Or Hell, depending on what you want. :smiling_imp:

Yes… the infamous raid. I was there for that raid. I was one of the tanks… sadly.

It’s almost an honour to meet someone from that raid.

I just remember trade chat blowing up when it happened.

Moon Guard is great! There is always something going on. Lots of people everywhere RPing or just being silly (that’s an understatement). I’ve been on the server since it’s inception and I wouldn’t leave it, ever!

Just ignore trade chat as it can get out of hand, at times. Depending on the time of day you log in, there can be some actual decent chat, but don’t hold your breath. I tend to stay only a short time in the Stormwind area as it’s pretty crowded and the chatter can be - um… a little …I’ll just say annoying. Other then that it’s nice - it feels lively and lived in!

And just keep in mind that not all the residents of Moon Guard are weird.

At that time I didn’t know who he was… now… his name is burnt into my brain.

Moon Guard isn’t just Goldshire degeneracy. It’s a big part of it, but there are more wholesome RP groups around if you look hard enough.

If you’re looking for RP, I really feel like I should add WRA for consideration.

A lot of people have left MG for WRA, myself included.

It’s overpopulated with Alliance, but the RP community is much more friendly than the non-RP. I don’t RP much, I just like the people.

Not all. Simply one.

WRA is the horde server right?
