I’d pay $15 per month for Classic Era alone if it meant:
- Fresh Classic Era
- more Dev’s to fix bugs/exploits/bots
- more GMs for day to day player help
- better consistent gameplay and communication

Ill return to Era once i get burnt out of Dragonflight. This expansion is better than legion.

Yeah there are some aspects of retail that seem pretty cool. This expansion definitely would be one that I played if I didn’t enjoy Classic Era so much
id pay 70 for a good expansion but haven’t seen one of those in like 10 years.

Back in 2002, EQ got a “Legends” server called Stormhammer.
It was like $35+/mo to play there and get attention perks like you’ve mentioned.
They discontinued that service in 2006 - just four years later - after scaling back on some of their promises.
$15/mo just for Classic isn’t going to move the needle at all.
There’s no applying that fee just to Classic things and have that fee be enough.
I wish that was possible.
$100/mo still wouldn’t be enough.

I really do wish that by ponying up money Blizz would go out and hire more personnel.
And pay them what they deserve.
And treat them with respect.
But for all the memes about yachts, someone/someones at the top are hording the beans for themselves. Not enough would be put toward the iteration of the game you and I want to benefit.

I suspect some people already pay $15 per month for Classic Era alone, at least in the sense that that’s all they play. Currently, I pay $15 per month for Wrath Classic alone, in that sense.

So you want original wow with customer support in 2023. Which would be better customer service than what retail gets.
$15 Wouldnt be enough cause of the customer support jobs. can u still use the token from retail to pay for the subscription? What happens after nax? Do servers reset and characters deleted?
What I’m suggesting is a way for Blizzard to exploit our addiction problem so we can get some love for Classic Era instead of whining and offering no resolution.
Yes i agree, I was simply asking for your thoughts on my other questions. I couldnt play SOM because it was too soon after classic. I only enjoyed classic up to naxx because i found nax boring knowing that in the future i would raid the 25 and 10 man version of it.

Throwing more money at the issue isn’t going to resolve it.
Yes ABK makes lots of money. Getting the company to spend those dollars on things you or I may want is quite a different story.
You can do that here or make change.org petitions or cancel your subscription.
They will say or do something when it suits them and not before.
It’s sad that there are numerous topics asking for communication but no one has yet been given the green light to answer. I feel for the rank and file employees because I believe they do care. It’s not fun to watch people trash talk your organization and not be able to share what is actually happening. I get the frustration on both sides.
