It’s such a shame that something SO COOL is SO BAD. It’s been bad since added and it’s going to be bad until they delete the talent.
I have no idea why they don’t buff it to make you immune to ground effect or just LET YOU MOVE DURING IT LIKE REGULAR PENANCE.
It’s a PVP/arena talent at this point.
That doesn’t mean its bad. It means you have to think about how and when you want to use it. Will you die or will you not. I love it and if i die that just bad luclk
I run uppies in SV, and DB. That’s it tho lol. It’s good for machine speakers, and anub’ikaj. Experience has shown me in those fights you might not always have MB/squid up, uppies clears it.

My friends guild has someone that calls rez’s uppies, so I was massively confused here 
Except it’s not. You’re being hyperbolic for no reason; just like everyone else on the f’n internet.
The spell is good but very situational because of the position choices you alluded to. The immunity to ground/effects while casting and upon finishing is an excellent suggestion (and something I do believe was intended for the spell).
Now if you speak on it like that, I’m on board but if you want to act like a kid and screech that’s the first way to get the development team to ignore you.
As a new disc I love Uppies. Love cheesing some knockbacks/pulls with it too tbh.
Kinda wish it would start firing faster, and also droped/put us down on the ground a bit faster ( if have to hit esc to cancel and move ).
Uppies and piety
I use it on queen fight to cheese the web pull and heal everyone
it’s just not good tho, you wouldn’t ever play it in any real content. This is not hyperbole. It’s TERRIBLE.
