I’m pretty sure DH doesnt care about the cart changes they can still move freely. The change to carts in Deepwind was, I believe, to make sure that mages couldnt blink and cart carry solo. It messed a lot of abilities up in the process though.
Not even close I can jump across the map in seconds with cart as DH.
