Title says it all. Final Monk passive in the middle of the tree titled “Resonant Fists” has no difference between rank 1 and it’s upgraded rank 2. As of right now it’s a completely wasted talent point.
This appears to be a tool tip bug. After doing some testing, a second point into resonant fists DOES increase the damage. The tool tip is just incorrect in the damage it displays for rank 2.
