Monk Revival does not affect Anduin’s Hope in the Kingsmourne Hungers phase of the Anduin encounter.

Can confirm this bug, on all my pulls my revival and rising sun revival conduit had 0 effect on the Anduin’s Hope, this is a crippling bug to the MW Kit.

while this is true and likely a bug (since mass dispel works) there is no reason to ever use revival here. There might be an exceptional niche reason, but you have to remember, revival heals before it dispels. you will be using your revival as a mass dispel for 0 healing. this does not work how you might think it works. This is definitely a bug, but because of the way revival dispels, theres absolutely no reason you would actually want to use it downstairs and I honestly could care less if this gets fixed or not, because I will never for any reason ever use revival to dispel 4 mobs.
The fights hard parts are around its barriers, so using a raid cooldown as a dispel is… laughable at best. even if for some reason it did heal the adds, this still is a waste to me. I would much rather just heal the whole raid with revival during a barrier.
This isn’t about using it as a dispel but a mass heal and triggering extra gusts of mist blowing down the 4 images of Anduin Hope faster, while offering healing to that half of the team.
