I am having difficulty with obtaining the quest “Before the Storm” for the legion monk class order hall campaign. I have completed the quest chain for “The Harbinger” and obtained the achievement “Hunt the Harbinger” on my monk. In addition, I have completed the Legion starting introductory scenario and the quest “Magic Message”. Even through all of these requirements the NPC Initiate Da-Nel does not appear. Any help on how to have Initiate Da-Nel appear would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
