where can I get a transmog of the monkish style round hat?

There are two items that are both from Pandaria. One involves getting best friend status with Old Hillpaw in the Valley of the Four Winds, the other requires exalted by Shado-Pan. Thanks for the question–it looks as if I have only unlocked the plate version of the straw hat, which can be used at low level.
