The reason why you don’t do dmg is easy: Everyone got insane armor buffs due scaling.
Just go with your druid into bearform and go with your mouse over the armor value. Then you understand why ww does ZERO damage.

Not a bug, just figuring out tuning 
Yeah scaling right now seems outta whack.
Yeah my armor went from 30% to 60% its insane
Said it a million times but WWI will be caster meta
My FoF are ticking for 7k when ppl got 1m + healthpools 
My wand casts hit harder than that
Someone in the ww discord said devs are aware about it.

Hey Lads!
I am the guy that said we have some other Problem in regards to the Armor Buff.
As far as we can tell this Morning we had multiple reports of PvE Players hitting the PvP Dummy and dealing significantly less dmg than if they just hit the PvE Dummies.
So it SEEMS like our PvP Modifiers are also off
We Spoke to someone about it already as well and he wanted to look into it.

i think it might be something to do with armor, i think warriors are reporting very low damage numbers too
