Was the monk daily quest for leveling recently removed? I haven't had it on my level 47 monk in a couple days now.
I think it's not a bug.
I recently leveled a monk in the past couple weeks. One or two of the Monk dailies is bugged. If that's the one slated for the day, it won't show up and you have to wait for a "working" daily to be able to do it.

This validates my personal experience leveling a monk over the last month. Right at first I thought they'd removed it because it would make leveling take longer, but then it was back.

RNG on bugs?
i stopped doing the monk daily once i realized it no longer gave a buff to exp gain, about a year ago when i came back to this toon after he was dormant since Mists
I had 12 hrs of the buff saved up on an alt monk but it got removed when bfa launched.

It only gives the exp buff up to a certain level. That used to be when Mastery kicked in, but with all the changes recently, I'm not sure what that ending level is anymore.
