Mongoose is currently not proccing in Bear Form in The Burning Crusade Classic. I remember it proccing back in Original TBC. Is this a bug or are you enabling its ability to proc later in the expansion? I am rather annoyed as there wasn’t any info whether or not this would or wouldn’t be implemented, and I assumed it would. Upon finding out that it doesn’t proc correctly I am angry that I spent over 500g on the enchant. I got the Terestian’s Stranglestaff last night and wanted it to be the best it could be.
Weapon procs never worked in classic and tbc for druids in form (aside from forms you actually attack with the weapon) it’s why we didn’t get crusader in classic. No idea what its in later expansions but not this one.
it came at the end of TBC originally. probably wrath pre-patch. my memory betrayed me
The way I understood it, “bears and cats don’t hit with weapons they hit with claws and weapons are just stat items because they physically use their claws.”
At least that’s the thing that makes the most sense to me anyway.
Druid’s never could use on-proc enchantments on weapons during TBC.
You can use weightstones and +35 agility.
