nightslayer has more raiders than all of era combined worldwide, not really looking at the same circumstance
The fact era mongooses are 10g just shows how much gdkps have inflated the prices as the supply would far out weight the demand, and they still cost 10g.

Oh, it turns out on Dreamscythe Mongoose is 9g.
About 1/3rd the cost on Dreamscythe with the exact same rules and GDKP restrictions.
The inflation on Nightslayer has nothing to do with GDKP’s.
Personally I think it has to do with the playerbase and culture of the server being intertwined with gold buying.
The same players would be buying just as much gold or more gold with GDKP’s in order to fund those, and likely the inflation would be worse with GDKP’s given the concentration of players on Nightslayer that are in favor of gold buying.
That’s my theory anyway.
Also by the way you’re lying, Mongoose is 20g on Nightslayer, not 25g.

A normal classic server that size mongoose would be like 2-3g… But 6 years of endless botting, RMT, and gdkp will do that I suppose
3600 players on pvp West and STILL 10g mongoose is so laughable… era is so bricked.

I used to hand out Mongoose for free in 2020 Classic lmao. Look at em now. Mongoose is a garbage pot if you’re an alchemist, they require Plaguebloom and Silversage which aren’t exactly hard to come by at all lol. Imagine charging 25g for that. WOW.

Also dreamscythe has 17k raiders meanwhile nightslayer has 30k… Same amount of layers probably too so there’s your answer to price difference

It’s blizzard fault.
They don’t perma ban gold buyers and their bot detection/ban systems are garbage.
When bots can sell the same amount of gold it would take me 10 hours to farm on game for less than $10, and a small chance at a 2 week ban might be my consequence if caught, it’s no wonder why so many are buying gold.
And the prices for flasks and lotuses are being controlled by the gold sellers who have thousands of them stashed in their banks right now. And constantly buy out the entire ah to reset the price significantly higher.

If blizzard actively banned bots gold selling/buying would still happen but on a smaller scale. It’s easy to track that also but yet again blizzard doesn’t care lol
The funny thing about this take is that both servers have generally the same average player skill level, but pvp has a better top 1-2% for sure.
Both servers are mostly loaded with mostly boomer S keyers who are just playing the game for fun.
The problem is the bottom 98% of nightslayer thinks they are in the top 2%, which is hilarious
