SoD has been live for 2 billing cycles. Charge back the last two months sub you paid and move on.
That doesn’t fit their narrative. Apparently they’ve spent astronomical amounts of money and are demanding a refund because they’re upset about season of discovery.

I’m sorry, do you genuinely not know how refunds work? They’re returning my money for failing to provide the service they advertised. I don’t even care about a refund, its just unethical.
And for everyone telling me ‘to just charge back’ I’d rather not be permad in the off chance the SoD development team is forced to actually adhere to their public statements.

So, you mean the whopping two month sub you paid for which pays for all wow versions of which SoD is essentially a bonus to play?

That’s how refunds work. You get your money, and you give back the product you are not satisfied with.

You’re demanding a refund. You have an option to get your refund. You’re choosing not to utilize said option.

Balance changes overall in SoD have been a complete miss.
They started off talking about making classes OP and how they were going to do large weekly balance changes and we should expect to see things change.
What did we get? Heavy handed nerfs, and very little buffs. In P1 some specs were left absolutely useless and even now there are runes that are not slightly viable in any circumstance. They remain untouched.
Weekly balance changes are lucky to be one paragraph. One ability changed, or maybe two if you’re lucky. With phases lasting 2 months this is simply not good enough.
I think the SoD team is understaffed. Microsoft and other gaming companies are worried about revenue and are doing mass layoffs right now. But what they don’t realize is their products are suffering due to skeleton crews.
Should be an interesting next couple of years in gaming for sure.

listen it now feels like absolute crap to try and quest or do ANYTHING other than heal raids as a resto druid. they absolutely gutted our solo ability and it sucks.

You didn’t get nerfed into the ground. You got balanced, ironically, and now you need to learn to play with cast times or go back to feral.
