is there any way? I have close to 100k war resources and have no idea what to do with them. is there any way to make a profit off of them?
The only use I’ve found for that much war resources was to get my alts ready to go when they reached BfA content. Would be nice to know if there is a way to turn them into gold of some kind, but I doubt it.
Yes, run missions, especially gold missions. You can send resources to your alts and they can run missions too.

Unfortunately, the gold missions are for such paltry sums.
Another thing people do is make sure they catch the pet charm missions, even on alts. Then you buy a pet that sells well, such as seabreeze bumblebee/whatever, to AH. You can send your alts the war resources item, from the nearby vendor (at least for Alliance it is the 7th Legion vendor, near our mission board boat.)

I didn’t realize they wanted to make millions from war resources.
They should put in a way to buy Expulsom with War Resources. Something they figured out back in Legion when they let us buy Blood of Sargeras with Order Resources.

I would deplete my War resources on my main to send to an alt for this so she could max out engineering. She needs expulsom badly in order to do that.
