Momentum & unbound chaos

hi my demon hunter community, i have 2 questions today.
with unbound chaos on the talent tree it says it increases fel rush dmg by 400% but on the spell buff once cast it says 500%, is this a tooltip error or something?

and with momentum does it apply the 8% dmg buff before your fel rush hits the target? so the first fel rush gets a 8% buff also?

Momentum buffs on the cast, not just after. So if you open with The Hunt without Momentum active you’ll get the 8% Momentum buff to The Hunt off The Hunt.

No idea what’s going on with the UBC tooltip tho?
