Mokvar in Orgrimmar is ONLY selling the alternate T0.5 bracers. I have completed and received my T0.5 Feralheart Gauntlets and Feralheart cord, but I could NOT purchase my Feralheart Gloves or Feralheart Sash as they were not available to buy, only bracers for all classes.
Now if you look at Wowhead, you can see that Deliana has 66 items for sale, allllll of the bracers, gloves, and belt alt T0.5 pieces. If you look up Mokvar, it JUST shows bracers, just like it does in game. Or you can look at a single piece of T0.5 gear and see that it just shows it being sold by Deliana and NOT Mokvar (third link).
