I wanted to start farming mogu shan vaults for the astral serpent, but my toon is in the middle of the cloak questline. I lost interest in getting the cloak but didn’t want to abandon the questline completely. Can anyone tell me when Mogu Shan Vaults becomes unblocked? At which quest completion point? Thanks.
