Drive to Push Content: This guild’s overarching goal is to put ourselves in a position to push the most difficult, relevant content. Performance and consistency is needed. We are committed to achieving these goals on a steady timeline. If your performance is consistent and you put in the effort to improve you will fit in well here.
Weekly Vault: Ideally you would be doing 8 mythic dungeons a week at 10+ for a full vault of mythic upgrade track gear; However we would like to aim for 2 Mythic vault slots a week minimum. I understand that isn’t always possible given personal circumstances. But we will also include Mythic Raid vault from raid which shortly will provide us with Mythic track vault slots and at that point we ask that you do one 10+. You should be doing this anyway, but this is a reminder to keep up on it!
Best Gear/Enchants: Have all your gear enchanted and upgraded appropriately. Farm for the pieces that you need from dungeons. Sim your character to keep track of what are your best upgrades.
Consumes and Potions Use: Come prepared to raid with enough potions for the pulls, and enough consumes for the evening. We will provide what we are able to but in the event we cannot - you are expected to have your own.
Know your class and specialization: Research which spec is best for each boss we are progressing. Take special note of your kit. We will be using your class abilities in strategy so being prepared for that if needed is required!
Attendance: We raid around 5 hours a week. We need to respect each other’s time and effort. Attendance is necessary and appreciated! Notice of absence as soon as possible is greatly appreciated.
Inclusivity: Be respectful to each other and treat others the way you’d wish to be treated. No raging, harassment, or hate tolerated.
