It seems to be broken or removed from the game?

Unit Frames eat mouse clicks. You’ll need Clique or similar addon.

Are you saying my ELVUI is eating the Bind? of MOD:SHIFT and MB4?

I’m saying all unit frames eat them, regardless of unit frame addons.

Set it up through the global binds.
