I am wondering if anyone is aware of an addon like Quartz, or perhaps a WeakAura, which can give cast bar timings and a latency indicator to the default Blizzard cast bar instead of only a custom one. I have requested that Quartz add a theme which utilizes Blizzard’s new cast bar art for Dragonflight but there hasn’t been a response, and I would really like to be able to use the new appearance while keeping the addon-like features that I am accustomed to.
I searched Wago for WA solutions but most of those are custom cast bars which are entirely different from my idea/request.
What are you trying to do to the default cast bar?

It looks like they’re wanting the default art on a custom timer eg. Quartz (or a default timer that has all the bells and whistles of a custom timer like Quartz).
It seems like the former should be somewhat possible although depends on animations (which Blizz. is incorporating more and more of). It may be a matter of digging out the art files (possibly converting atlases) and applying to Quartz (a sliding scale of pita).
The latter is just open ended unless someone creates an addon specicially for that.
