both beta and live, for what’s it worth
if you are having issues on live it’s not this issue, live has no bugs, maybe 3rd party mouse/keyboard software conflict?

I’m told this issue is now fixed in latest beta build (that also fixes login issue)

Mostly seems to be fixed.
Still getting a minor issue with key modifiers, they aren’t working with function keys.
e.g. you can’t push or bind SHIFT + F6.
EDIT: Scrap that its just CTRL not working for me, SHIFT + F6 is working. Option(ALT) is working too.
Might be related to some setting I have. I messed around with a bunch of settings when the modifier keys weren’t working. Lets see if anyone else has any issues still.
having similar issues still with modifier keys using my razor naga. Can bind and use all the modifier key combinations with the keyboard, but they’re not recognized when using the mouse. live game works fine (ran the terminal command when i got the mouse), just not beta.
Seems completely fixed the login issues and just checked the shift mousewheeldown modifier is fixed, thanks B 
Does anyone know if this fix for the beta will solve the crash and locking problem with Sonoma 14.5?
no idea what you are referring to. I would imagine probably not since we’re unaware of any crashing or locking problem with wow.
modifier keys (ctrl, shift, and alt) + naga mouse buttons are still not working for me in TWW beta, or now the prepatch on live. mac M1, anyone have a fix for this?

Some work for me some don’t. And yes this is now live. For some reason CTRL+ Function keys doesnt work. Most others work. You could try rebinding to use option(alt) and see how that goes.
I rebound my Tartarus so I’m physically pressing the same buttons but its now ALT instead of CTRL.

alt isn’t working for me at all with my naga mouse buttons, no modifier keys are.
posted another thread, but it might make more sense to contribute here as well. I’m struggling to get all my key binds to work, even generally. In particular, I use Command+` and have been unable to get that to work. It is still bound from before the patch dropped, but won’t work.

in regards to cmd+, have you tried the “disable os commands” setting yet? i tried that for my modifier + mouse buttons, but it didnt make a difference.

so, I’m trying to disable that, but I’m not sure what setting I’m granting WoW access to when I get the in-game popup. Do you happen to know it off-hand Dabslol?

i found that you need to enable access in the “accessibility” section of security and privacy. the instruction in game isn’t very clear lol

awesome! glad you got it working, now hopefully blizz has a fix for the rest of the modifiers that aren’t working for me lol. i cant use a whole action bar, and self/focus casts without ctrl/shift/alt + my mouse buttons
yeesh. Good luck! Truly appreciate the assist there. Was getting irrationally upset that this key bind broke after working for years. my muscle memory did not want to adjust to anything new.

i relate to that 100% lol, its really frustrating as i’ve been playing with this set up since cataclysm when i first got my naga
