I was hacked October 31st at 3:31 PM CST by someone (possibly using a VPN) in Kyiv, Ukraine. I did not receive a notice on my phone to either approve or deny said log in via the authenticator app. Why did this happen and How did this happen? The Mobile Authenticator is supposed to prevent this type of thing from happening.
