Mobile app

Hey there, so I’ve been using the companion app and it seems to require Wi-Fi. Is this intended? I live in a populated area with above average mobile network coverage so I’m confident that it’s not my phone or the connection being a problem.

When I’m on Mobile data usage the app usually fails to connect in some way shape or form but when I’m on Wi-Fi it works consistently with little to no issue.

Make sure your data isn’t capped on your mobile account.
