In the post where you announced the return of the mobile auction house the lead dev said:
“My team has been working for quite a while on an updated version of the mobile Auction House that we think will satisfy those goals, while hopefully addressing the avenues for abuse”
Unfortunately it seems you missed a thing or two because people found a way to automate the mobile AH. These bots are online in the app 24/7 buying and posting items. Oh and btw these bots cannot be reported for cheating because the App has no reporting function. So there are 2 issues:

No way to report those who are doing this
