Alright what is up with all this moaning sounds esp in the major cities…it sounds like some panda kid just sighing or moaning now and there are not npc’s like that around me when this happens…heck it happens when I am not near any NPC’s at all…

If it’s the sound near the upgrade NPCs it’s a yawn.
And it is on loop far FAR too often to the point it gets super annoying and reminds me why I turn wows sound off.

What ever it is causing it …it needs to be fixed…I keep my sounds low but I still like to hear the game esp when its a boss talking …

Go to Wowhead and find the ID number for the sound and add it to the mute list on this addon.

What is the Yawn sound ID? I don’t see it listed.
Find the NPC and its sounds should be listed. Might not be documented yet as the content is so new.

There’s an addon that blocks some of the more common annoying sounds. I think you may be able to add additional sounds to block with it too.

I noticed it near the Earthen who sell the plethora of sets. I think it’s the one working next to them, he sounds like he sighs a lot and grunts…I found it kind of funny but didn’t hear it until a day or two ago. It happens too often though, I can say that for sure.
Kind of annoying like some mounts that yawn or growl too dang often, like my second favorite DF dragon riding mount.
Thankfully once I’ve gone through all of the quests with my main I often turn my sound way down or off for my alts and listen to music, so I won’t be bothered by it for long, but I can see how it can be annoying for sure.
The Inn Keeper gives a specific Grunt when it bestowes a Hearth to a player
That isn’t as annoying as just hearing it going on when there are no npcs around you for a good distance I shouldn’t be hearing stuff from them at all…
Does anyone have the cursed pickaxe equipped/bags/transmogged? That causes a transformation randomly into a cursed Earthen and has an audio associated with it.
There is also the yawning and NPC noises others mentioned.
