Is this your FIRST beta if it is then welcome to the beta. Which you should know is a testing experience and not a finish product. So do please acknowledge that there will be issues and problems because nothing is perfect especially in BETA.

I’m doing the Beta (first time for WoW anyway) and get an error that “character creation failed”.
2 Questions: How do I know if it is the Beta software/Blizz’s end or my PC, Settings, other issues related to my end?
Beta is going to be beta, especially with everyone and their mother getting invited on day 1.
On the bright side, hopefully this will mean that the actual launch will go smoother since this gives them one hell of a stress test.

DF’s wasn’t.
I remember not being able to log in for a full hour.
oh my god an hour. compare that to 12 hours 20 years ago
Compare that to not having any login issues at all with Legion-SL.
Sorry, but you can’t deny that DF’s launch was definitely a step back compared to it’s predecessors.
Was in SL beta and DF beta. Not doing that again. I’m going in blind.
lol it’s funny seeing people be mad about a beta experience. 
You think all these people are actually going to test it and report the bugs?
theyre gonna do it all and then complain either their progress doesnt carry over or that theres nothing to do 2 days into launch bc they did it all already
For one I am testing the beta and reporting all of the known bugs that is visible.
And the best part, is it’s bundled with the product they were going to buy anyway.
You’ve literally tricked them into beta testing, lol. Not even for free, for an additional cost.
Bugs in the new game is expected. Bugs in the servers launching is just poor quality.
There really shouldn’t be such a problem just launching beta servers.
Ive not seen anyone complain that beta is buggy yet.
Ive only seen complaints about the servers being run off a potato
everyone who paid for it chose to do so. you can also get in beta later on just by opting in, like every other expansion.
but who knows, all the extra people “testing” might make the actual launch smoother.
