The Anima Conduits can’t be clicked. I have tried reloading, logging off, abandoning the quest, and relogging. None of those worked to fix it.

Same thing happened to my friend and I. Nothing seems to work
What worked for me was disabling the storyline addon maybe it has to do with a addon you have installed.
I’m having the exact same issue
no fix for that … having the same problem
This fixed it, disable your addons
