I noticed that I climbed steadily, my mmr was at 2700 and my cr was at 1600. Once I hit that break point, I was tossed into groups with people with less CR than me (i’m talking sub 1k cr), but somehow managed to get into 2700 mmr games. They played like complete donkeys, just ignoring the objectives completely.
My mmr fell from 2700 to 2100 after three losses in a row, these were games where my play had zero outcome. I should have called it quits after the first loss, but I was hoping it was a fluke…playing after loss 2 and 3 was on me but man, its rough.
Yerp, my Evoker I hit 80 on like 2 days ago is now 1780 or something in 2500+ lobbies and getting 23pts a win. #feelsbadman
I went 14 straight once at 2600 mmr/2100 cr before calling it, partly because I just wanted to see how far my bad luck could go. I took a 24 hour break and played two additional alts after for a further 8 consecutive losses.
I’ve since recovered and they’re all back above 2k. It gets wild sometimes.
The system is a complete joke. I’m Currently 8-24, that is a 33% win rate. How dose blizzard think this is fun?
If there were a tracker for the amount of lies told in each forum category the “battlegrounds” section would be the top.
By far….
The MMR system feels terrible in all the ranked pvp modes, not just blitz.
I’ve come to despise the two CtF maps. I swear to god, whichever team gets the first cap is the one that’s going to lose.
