MMR in Blitz badly needs to be addressed

MMR isn’t really working how it should in my opinion. Team MMRs is the average of everyone in the group. All takes is to have the MMR disproportionately placed when the match making starts. The people who are 1300 and below CR probably haven’t played enough games to be at their appropriate MMR vs players who are already 1800+, they probably have more games and a more appropriate MMR placement. Just my opinion.
