I’m having trouble finding a mmorpg with just 1-9 and WASD which is weird I’m sure there’s a bunch. I can only use one hand and wows setup makes it super easy. I can’t use the mouse while I use the keyboard which makes it hard.
Edit: I have the razer Tartarus which is like a whole keyboard miniaturized. I can reach over for my keyboard or mouse easy when I need to.
I will say FFXIV has a fairly similar set-up to WoW in that department… the one catch being that, at higher levels, there’s a LOT more buttons available to you (almost three full bars, WoW usually ends up with 1.5-2 bars).
The “one-hand” limitation could still make it difficult. You won’t necessarily be using all 3 bars of abilities consistently, but even the base rotations tend to require more different buttons to be pressed than WoW. However, this could be the case where the longer 2.5 second GCD could be a boon as well.
On another note, FFXIV also has controller support by default (button combinations are the key, shoulder + face button inputs). This is a two-handed input, but may be more comfortable than what a keyboard generally demands.
It’s hard to say if this is possible (you didn’t say why you only could use one hand), but I figured I’d throw this out as a possibility.
Unfortunately, I can’t think of any other MMORPGs which have a similar set-up off-hand.
… or more accurately, ones which are still up and running.
