End game loot is reserved for group activity.
Delves is a refreshing start, I hope in season 2 delves raises up to at least hero lvl item.

No, we aren’t getting Hero track gear drops from Delves themselves. Nor should we. The Vault provides a piece a week if RNG is on your side.
But we will get Gilded Crests out of 11s.
delves should drop mythic vaults at appropriate levels. who cares, its just delve loot, it will be garage once the next season is released. all the best stated gear and trinkets come from m+ and raid anyway.
delves and the loot they reward will not entice players to do m+ or raid. delves exist for players that hate m+ and raid and just wanna play alone or with a friend. who cares. this elitist mindset needs to be wiped and flushed down the toilet. i mythic raid and i deck out from mythic raid and 10’s+ in as little as 6-8 weeks. i dont care if freddy and his friend frank gets a bunch of bloated mythic ilvl delve loot. i am happy for freddy and frank, because freddy and frank helps the game feel full and when they are happy i am happy.

This is just not true. 2 of the delve trinkets were near BIS if not actually BIS at competitive item level for a lot of specs. The only reason they weren’t on most of those specs’ BIS lists on guides is because they capped out at heroic track and the extra stats from myth track for the best raid/M+ trinkets made up the difference.

they made them that way cause they knew they would only cap out at heroic ilvl if you were lucky enough to vault them heroic ilvl. even then still nowhere near as good as the bis mythic trinkets from m+ or raid. why even bother commenting if you are wrong.
if blizzard was to make mythic track for delves we all already know that the trinkets would be nowhere near as good as their raid or mythic counterparts and that would be fine. the only reason the haste and crit candles and the shadow binding ritual knife are O. K. trinkets is because they are made to be with blizzard knowing full well they will not be anything more than heroic ilvl thus making fall far short of bis.

No? You claimed the trinkets were terribly statted. When in reality a couple were only not BIS for many because of not being able to reach myth upgrade track. And even then, those trinkets are still very good at a lower item level, just not BIS. A heroic ritual knife would be the fourth best trinket for me, even amongst myth track alternatives.

For my money, solo gearing is in about the best place it’s ever been. I’m not sure we need more than what we’re getting.
What is special on the knife? Agility and reduce stats on low chance. I dont get it

It depends on the class/spec. On a couple of the classes I play, the m+ trinkets at 636 sim inferior to the delve trinkets at 626. The m+ trinkets must be 639 to be better. If the delve trinkets existed in myth track, the only trinket that would beat them would be spymasters. Everything else would be inferior and it wouldn’t even be close.
WoW isn’t an RPG anymore, it is an MMO.
The world level changes around you as you go through the game, the world has no identity anymore.
Servers are sharded and you never see them same people twice. The servers have no identity.
There is no longer a static world in which to grow your character, the world just changes around you and morphs everyone’s levels to fit into the same content at the same time.
Honestly, it sucks in a lot of ways compared to an actual RPG.
It is just an MMO now, fast-food tasks to marginally upgrade your purple loots in an endless treadmill fashion.

You do get hero from delves in your vault for a T8
imagine if the game was just a game and you made of it what you will and others did the same. Stop trying to type-cast my game. its 2026, we don’t do that anymore since like 2016.
You cant come up with a definition of “RPG” that would be accepted anywhere outside of people complaining on the WoW forums, and have thata definition exclude WoW.
