So with the up coming buffs to MM I played LFR as such. Since I have been BM for a long time took a little to get the hang of it. Seems it was do able. Wondering how much better it will be or worse.
Still a horrible play style. If they remain equal… BM it is, or even close.

Is it, because nothing has changed since you posted this. Literally. Which means one of two things. You didn’t actually test the changes or you are back on your meds. Which is it?

I am super excited for the MM changes. The hipster in me is afraid all the hunters are gonna be MM now.

Mm will be good if there isnt 2 targets. It will be bottom if there’s a fight that has 2 target cleave.

BM is not great at a 2 target cleave either. It’s too expensive to keep beast cleave up for only 2 targets.
Chimera Shot and Stomp both gain damage from it without even using beast cleave.
Fixed that for you. I switched back to Survival and I feel bad for ppl who went MM. Last night I saw two MM’s get kicked from groups I was in just for being MM. Go BM or Survival it’s that simple.
see thats why the community is garbage. MM is not bad now it holds it own in every aspect with exception of 2 target cleave which in realty is not much overall.

The only thing that’s garbage about the community are the sjws defending Blizz in this patch. 8.1 is a mess and a garbage update and at this point they should just delete MM as it’s clear it’s one of the worst specs in the game. And I just ran a Dungeon with an MM and we kicked him from the group after the first boss and told him to go BM or Survival it was that bad.
except MM is actually decent if they have the right stuff. i mean you are level 58, if you are kicking people from 5 mans its because you are a pile of garbage.

This, if you think for one second the hunter community isn’t trash you are nuts. MM is going to do just fine this tier. Except on 2 target cleave.

A 3% damage increase to everything is no joke. It’s not gosu, but it’s not exactly peanuts, either.

Honestly, MM is the closest spec we have to Cata MM. I’m surprised to see someone say the playstyle is garbage. I think the long cast time on AiS is garbage, but the return of the old rotation is a welcome one to me. I just wish we had Chimaera Shot again.
Perhaps to fix the 2 cleave issue they should add Sidewinders somewhere on the talent tree? Not sure how well liked that ability was. Seems like its would be useless without Marked Shot, though. I don’t want to see that return.
Edit: Or Multi-Shot should spread Serpent Sting like it used to.
Just getting rid of the 3 target minimum would fix the 2 target cleave
