MM PVP prepatch

With details throwing Lua errors I turned it off, but my thoughts on a brief pvp session before work of one Brawl and one BG is MM is doing well. Won both games. Top damage in the random BG was an enemy MM hunter, but I killed who I met so I did my job. Used an AoE build I quickly came up with, didnt read any up to date guides.

Hows everyone feeling about their new Hunter(all specs) talents/talent trees and overall performance?

It’s a bit early for me to tell, but I find I don’t need Improved Steady Shot right now, which can ba valuable point saved. Emphasis on RFire and passive regen seems to be handling things. Maybe MM got something of that German auto engineering.

I am much happier with the new talent tree arrangement as well.

As for SV, the new mastery is great for damage but yucky for damage reduction. Even if the 3/6% increased a little bit off rating, that would preferable than just zero. So now, WFB, Expshot, and Sic’em KShots are no joke.

BM…I’ll pass for political reasons.

I haven’t much time to test yet, the talents seem to line up good in some areas and I see some potential builds, but I really hate pre patch because this is the time when the NERF mobs come out. They will start the screaming for nerfs and they will continue for the entire first tier. I have seen specs get ruined because of the nerf mobs from pre patch. Best thing is don’t go out and start destroying folks in randoms. Of course, it will happen anyway but… /sigh.
