Anyone currently in beta, testing mm hunter. It’ll be way more broken than you realize 
Tuning at this point doesn’t mean much, though. A lot of our damage in dungeons depends on a broken classwide legendary that’s certain to be nerfed. There are still a lot of unfixed core mechanical issues that aren’t addressed.
