Been a long time fan of MM and I have always said that Lock N Load is a great talent for Blizz to lean into to make MM feel good but I feel like as the years have gone by, the chance to proc has gone down and now we are at the point where I’ll go multiple fights without getting a proc. I dont understand why it has to be like that. Instant Aimed Shots feel great and make the spec flow better so I wish Blizz would up the chance for LnL procs
It was having good proc rate before change, now we have to obtain tier set to get it back to “normal” rates.
