MM has absolutely got to get some heavy damage nerfs. Spec is braindead enough as it is. doing 100k cheeseball dps has got to be lowered. Snipershot, Aimed Shot, and Rapid fire need 35-45% nerfs.

It needs reworked from the ground up. This iteration of marks has been a mistake since BFA and there is no saving it. It has to do oppressive damage or else it just enters the arena and dies without ever accomplishing anything. There just isn’t enough stuff to mess with in the base kit for there to be a middle ground.

I think at this point armor values just need to be reassessed for each armor type and/or class. Floor should probably be raised. Maybe ceiling be touched a little too.
Touching MM with anything but a rework would be the lazy approach
