Mixology states that you gain “Increased effect and Duration when you drink any flask or elixir you are able to make”
This doesn’t seem to be applying to Flask of Distilled Wisdom
On my Paladin I am able to make Flask of Distilled Wisdom, but they only grant the base level of int (65), and do not give the bonus duration.
According to the wowhead comments for Mixology (and my unreliable memory), the bonus was granted back in the original WotLK.
