Mithril Spurs in Classic (answered)

I purchased Mythril Spurs. They say they require Blacksmithing 215.

Does that mean only a 215+ Blacksmith can wear and use them?

Or can I buy some boots (un-equipped), pay a Blacksmith to apply the spurs (like an enchant), then equip and use the boots?

You don’t need blacksmithing to wear them, option 2 is correct

I can confirm you don’t need blacksmithing for it as I have the Spurs and I’m alch/enchanting

It works on soulbound boots too, the blacksmith can apply them through the “will not be traded” window, just like an enchant.
