Was going through alts and fiddling with action bars/applying starter builds as a point to work from.
When I got around to Monks, Mistweaver’s starter build wasn’t applying. Gave me the error message “you must spend all available talent points to apply changes”.
Checked it for two monks I have (level 60/61) and neither where able to use the starter build as an option for mistweaver.
