The Mistaeaver set bonus is way to strong when used with Enveloping Mist and the talent Rapid Diffusion to proc free Renewing Mist, which then proves the set bonus, compared to Fistweaving. This allows for a mini ramp right before large incoming damage that is strong enough to warrant a nerf. The nerf will make the set bonus useless for fistweaving. Please balance the set bonus for both Fistweaving and cast weaving.
While i agree that the tier set massively favours a caster heavy style i must point out that Enveloping Mist is actually in a miserable state on ptr and it needs some significant buffs or at the very least have Yu’lon empower its throughput, especially if they end up changing the Rapid Diffusion interaction.
