Greetings,
I noticed some bugs and other potentially unintended interactions while testing the Master of Harmony hero talent tree with my mistweaver monk on the TWW beta. Here’s a list of what I discovered:
- Gusts of Mist generated by Jadefire Stomp, Crane Style, Invoke Chi-ji, the Red Crane, Enveloping Mist, Soothing Mist, and Sheilun’s Gift do not increase the vitality stored by Clarity of Purpose. Gusts of Mist generated by Renewing Mist, Revival, and Expel Harm do increase the vitality stored by Clarity of Purpose. I assume all skills which generate Gusts of Mist should be increasing the vitality stored by Clarity of Purpose rather than just a few of them. If this isn’t the case, then I suggest updating the talent’s description to reflect this.
- The second Tiger Palm generated by Awakened Jadefire does trigger the bonus damage from Overwhelming Force, however the additional Blackout Kicks generated by Teachings of the Monastery do not trigger the bonus damage from Overwhelming Force. I assume both of these effects should be triggering the bonus damage from Overwhelming Force. If this isn’t the case, then I suggest updating the talent’s description to reflect this.
- The description of the Balanced Stratagem talent states that it increases the damage and healing of your next spell or ability by 5% per stack, however the Balanced Stratagem buff is only increasing damage and healing by 3% per stack. Based on the most recent beta patch notes, I believe 3% is the intended figure.
- While talented into Rapid Diffusion, Rising Sun Kick consumes all stacks of Balanced Stratagem (Fire/Nature) and generates two stacks of Balanced Stratagem (Physical). I believe Rising Sun Kick should simply generate one stack of Balanced Stratagem (Fire/Nature) instead.
- The bonus damage from Overwhelming Force does not contribute towards the healing generated from Ancient Teachings. I suggest updating this talent to trigger Ancient Teachings healing (possibly at reduced effectiveness when striking multiple targets). This change would potentially help put it more in line with Xuen’s Guidance and August Dynasty, which are available in the Conduit of the Celestials talent tree.
- The most recent beta patch notes state “Ancient Teachings now transfers 170% of damage to healing (was 150%)”, however Ancient Teachings still appears to only transfer 150% of damage to healing.
