That’s a bold argument to use, just days or rather hours away from the new expac

I’m sure their SooMist/Unison crit heavy build that doesn’t happen till end of expansion and is severely reduced by diminishing returns will work…till any real damage happens. I imagine at that point they will re-assess their choices to reduce their mastery to zip, especially in m+.
I avoid mastery because it does nothing to improve my damage. Very close to a dead stat.
Healer damage is important, but will not balance out a dead DPS because you chose to run stats that give you 500 more DPS. I dont know if you bothered to check streams of SL s4 dungeons, but suddenly healers were not a 4th DPS and had a lot less total DPS (compared to the increase in stats to prior seasons)

Also in regards to this topic, Mastery will likely up being more valuable than crit and vers in Chi-Ji focused builds. Just Haste is way too good, because so many talents benefit from more events
